Free 45-minute assessment
Not a quiz. Your child builds something small with Ajay watching — how they think, where they get stuck, what lights them up. Then ten minutes with you about goals.

A written learning plan
Within 48 hours: their starting level, the stages and the exact projects drawn from our ladder, and a weekly cadence. You read it before paying a rupee.

1:1 live, 2× a week
60 minutes each, with the founder, on your child’s schedule. Screen shared, code reviewed line by line, every project deployed to their own URL.

Re-planned every 8 weeks
A progress note to you every 4 weeks and a re-assessment every 8. The plan moves when your child moves — faster, slower, or sideways into what they care about.

Outcomes, not hours
Each stage ends in a thing they can show: a live game, a deployed app, a presentation. A stage ends when the outcome exists, not when the calendar says so.
